I wanted to use a song title for the title of my novel too, Cat, but I came to the same conclusion. Not Interpol but a few different options… I ended up going with a few quotes before the first chapter starts. But then again my novel is almost exclusively about bands and the music industry and concerts and things like that, so it’s hard to avoid namedropping anything, but I’m being good and not as much as putting in a song title into the actual text.
